The government in this scheme allow the eligible parent to complete the registration process through online mode. It means they don’t need to visit any of the concerned departmental offices.
- Open Dedicated Portal: From 1st April 2026, the government will launch the dedicated official website of the Delhi Lakhpati Bitiya Scheme.
- New User Register: All the First time users have to register on the portal by clicking on New User registration. This new user registration can be completed using the Aadhar card of the parent and the active mobile number.
- Login: After registration, you automatically login in to the account. Here, lots of services are available online for citizens.
- Application Form: From all services, you need to select the Delhi Lakhpati Bitiya Yojana Application Form.
- Fill Form: Fill this application form by entering the complete details of the baby girl, date of birth and parent details.
- Attached Documents: Scan all supporting documents and then upload with the application form in PDF or JPG.
- Submit: Verify the information before final submitting the form, and you will also get a tracking Id after it. With the help of which you can track the status.

Verification: All parents who complete the registration process will have their forms forwarded to the Women and Child Development Department of the state. Who verifies the details of the applicants? After verification of the form along with documents, you will be selected as beneficiaries.

What Benefits Given after Delhi Lakhpati Bitiya Registration?
Under this scheme government has the motive to distribute the financial assistance, which is Rs. 1 lakh for a girl by the age of 21 years. Like online registration, the payment mode is also fully digital. Government pay the amount in the Direct Benefits Transfer Model. In all phases government gives an amount from time to time, gives the amount as per the date of birth and stages of her study, like Rs. 11,000 directly given at the time of birth of the baby girl. Then Rs. 5,000 will be credited in the account when she gets admission in school prime stages like Class 1st, VI, IX, X, and XII. Then Rs.20,000 will be given to her for higher studies like Diploma and Graduation.
